After completing her studies in Beauty Therapy at a college in Plymouth Charlotte decided to go travelling and spent the next 3 years back packing & working her way around Asia & Australia.
Her passion has always been nutrition & movement and during covid she took over a juice & smoothie bar in St Helier alongside her mum.
She is planning to study nutrition to expand her knowledge which will enable her to understand more about herself and help others.
Outside of work she has been practicing yoga for 5 years and love’s getting out in nature for walks and sea swimming.
Charlotte believes that movement and diet are the core factors to living a happy and healthy life.
