Strength training is not just about building muscle size, rather developing a skill to improve physical performance; whether that be competing at the Island Games or being able to walk the dog pain free.

Our services include fitness assessment and monitoring, personalised training programmes, therapy led rehabilitation and training for events or activities. This could include plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance, and core stability training.
