Developed a unique approach, focusing on applied functional biomechanics. Developed movement and postural correction strategies to combat work/sitting issues which often lead onto serious health issues. Functional Training and sports injury management including pitch side.

Jack graduated from the University of Chichester with a degree in Sports Therapy in 2016. During his time at University Jack worked alongside the men’s football 1st team, providing pitch side cover and rehabilitation sessions for injured players. Jack also spent time working in the University’s student run injury clinic, treating students from a variety of sports.

Since graduating Jack has returned to Jersey and is currently working with many of Jersey’s sports teams. Jack was part of the team that traveled to the Island Games in Gotland, supporting the men’s football team with pitch side cover and recovery sessions. Over the summer Jack provided support to Jersey’s Cricket teams, covering pitch side duties for the u19s during their World Cup qualifiers, and leading strength & conditioning sessions for the senior side prior to their successful WCL 5 campaign.  Jack also works closely with the Island’s top netball players, including the u16 and senior Team Jets and assists Craig in the delivery of Jersey Hockey training protocols.

Away from work, Jack is a keen football fan and player but also likes to keep fit through running and swimming. He is also a follower of American football and athletics and enjoys water sports during the summer.
